Information you choose to send
When you use the contact form, CRN Studio receives the name, email address, phone number, company, project type, location, timing and project details you provide. The message may also include the page you used, referring page and campaign tags attached to the link that brought you to the site. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive personal information.
How the contact form works
The form sends your request to a Cloudflare Pages Function. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the request for abuse, and Resend delivers the message by email to CRN Studio. The website does not keep a separate lead database, customer account or owner dashboard. CRN Studio uses the message to assess the request, prepare a quote where appropriate and respond using the contact information you supplied.
Website measurement
CRN Studio may enable Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and website performance. CRN Studio does not operate a custom visitor-tracking database on this site. Advertising pixels, Google Analytics and remarketing tags are not part of the current website; this notice and any required visitor choices will be updated before those tools are enabled.
Maps, security and external links
The contact page embeds a map from OpenStreetMap. Loading the map or opening an external supplier, social-media or map link allows that provider to receive ordinary technical request information such as an IP address, browser information and the requested page. Cloudflare may also process technical data needed to deliver and protect the website. Those providers handle information under their own privacy terms.
Service providers and processing location
CRN Studio uses service providers including Cloudflare for hosting, security and aggregate website measurement, and Resend for form-email delivery. These providers may process information outside British Columbia or Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of the place in which it is processed. CRN Studio does not sell the information submitted through this website.
Retention and safeguards
CRN Studio keeps inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, prepare a quote, maintain service and warranty history, meet accounting or legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. When those purposes no longer apply, records should be securely deleted or anonymized. CRN Studio limits access to authorized people and uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact CRN Studio to ask what personal information was submitted, request a correction or request deletion where the business is not required to retain it. Submitting the form asks CRN Studio to respond to that request; it does not subscribe you to marketing email.
